Shipping & Returns

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days using USPS priority mail.  I am currently not shipping outside of the U.S. through my website, but if you are outside of the U.S.  please e-mail me and I can calculate shipping for you.

 I kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully as all website sales are considered final and I'm unable to accept returns. Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections or irregularities (that’s called character!). I take care to accurately represent colors in my photographs, but since every computer is configured differently, colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact me (notjustinnovels@gmail.com) and I will be happy to provide additional information.

Damage during shipment

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please save all packaging, contact me within 48 hours of receipt, and provide pictures of both the broken item(s) and the condition of the packaging when you received your shipment. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages; contact the shipping carrier to resolve.
